Sounds like a very tasty sandwich and that is a gorgeous coffee. As a barista (not skilled enough to do that yet though!) a cappuccino is different in that it is topped with a deep layer of dry foam, whereas a flat white is made up with microfoam (velvety textured milk). It's all down to how you steam your milk. It has to be a particular consistency to be able to pour the fancy patterns. Sorry if I've completely bored you!
